for a Whole Food Diet

Choose from these healthy eating recipes, and enjoy yummy, mouth-watering, nutritious foods. Featuring whole food diet recipes, gluten free, dairy free, gfcf, and raw diet.

Healthy food should taste good!

I'm on a quest to find the best healthy recipes around and share them with you. Together we can create and maintain healthy eating habits to last a lifetime.

To get a healthy recipe, you must start with healthy ingredients. All of these recipes follow my healthy eating guidelines:

  • Whole foods
  • Gluten free
  • Dairy free (except raw, unpasteurized dairy)

Many of my recipes also include some of my top superfoods.

Use organic ingredients when you can. Locally grown (or home grown) is even better.

When you follow a healthy, whole food diet that doesn't include processed foods, you don't have to worry about how many calories you're eating, how much fat, how much protein, serving sizes, food groups, points, whatever ... These details will fall into place naturally.

Just focus on

  • Eating whole foods.
  • Eat lots of vegetables and a wide variety of vegetables.
  • Eat raw foods as much as possible. Aim for around 80% raw food diet. Don't get obsessive about measuring how much of your food is raw and how much is cooked. Just eat lots of raw foods.
  • Listen to your body to tell you what the right balance of carbs, protein, and fat is for you, as well as cooked and raw foods. It's different for everyone.

You won't find the typical nutritional information accompanying any of my healthy recipes. Focus on what's important. The rest will take care of itself. These recipes will help you reach your healthy eating goals.
